This is the perfect house for a southern getaway. Just a few blocks from the local beach, this house is clean and chic. I LOVE that every room has a king size bed! Pool was also a great pro!

Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and steps from the Isle of Palms Rec Center, this spacious coastal retreat is ideal for families, friends, and group getaways. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and features a king bed in every bedroom plus a king-size pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Traveling with little ones? A Pack ’n Play is also available for your convenience. Relax in the bright open-concept living space, cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped modern kitchen, or unwind on the large wraparound deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Step outside to enjoy the private saltwater pool with tanning ledge, or gather around the string-light fire pit in the fully fenced backyard with comfortable lounge seating. One of the best locations on the island—directly across from the Isle of Palms Recreation Center, where you’ll find pickleball, tennis, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a huge playground, and a cardio gym.

- No parties or events are permitted
- Maximum of 1 pet unless approved by host
- Trash pickup is on Monday morning. Please put the bins out on Sunday evening and return them afterwards.
- Pool is use at your own risk.

We had a great stay at Taylor’s place and loved being near IOP and Sullivans bars and restaurants! The home was very comfortable and had amazing outdoor space. Very spacious and sleeping arrangements were perfect.

Great Family Friendly spot on IOP!! The pool, deck and spacious living room are all great for a family with young kids. There are also Ball fields, pickleball, basketball courts and a manageable walk to the beach. Taylor provided beach chairs, a transport cart and sand toys. Would Def recommend.
